What happens when a conflict is serious?

When a conversation shows signs of a safety concern or crisis, it stops, declines to continue, and directs the student to your staff and crisis resources. Can staff read students’ conversations?
No. Conversations are private to the students in them, and they’re never sold. What your process receives is the artifact students bring forward: the written agreement they both confirmed, and the session summary.
